Hi Kaimar, drawing from the Lean Enteprise model that covers both exploitation (incremental, making the most of existing business model) and exploration (risk taking, new markets). Do you think CorpOx maps with exploitation and UniCo with exploration? This would tie with Peeter’s comment on having explicit scenarios where to use each approach, that may coexist or evolve (from UniCo to CorpOx when the market is mature).

Another aspect is that in Lean Management they make the case for having distinct people and organization for exploration and exploitation (so a sure way to get into trouble is trying to have the same people doing both. I think this applies to DevOps versus traditional ITSM too).
