Why I Run?

In short, because I have to.

As a matter of fact, no one is imposing me to go out running, while the contrary is often the case. If you look me from the outside, you can say I have to run for the simple reason I am 42. I mean, most men start running around this age because of a mix of reasons: “the midlife crisis”, health and fitness being the most recurring ones. Maybe I am no exception to this rule, and yet I have to run to keep my inner balance.

Tomorrow I will keep it thanks to 13 km (8.08 miles, for those of you who can’t cope with the metric system).

And this is how I start writing about running.
