Maybe — here are some real-world cases I’ve encountered and needed to consider in design:

  • The noisy environment of an ER. Maybe this can go under hearing?
  • An ICU, subject to very critical and time-sensitive ‘interruptions’ of (relatively) routine work.
  • Work performed in a very hot or cold environment where appropriate clothing is required (e.g. gloves).

These might go under the “who” category too — “What is the situation they are in?”
