Online Store Assistant Manager (2IC) — Full Time, Green Square

Love carry gear and organising your daily carry? This could be your dream job. This is a full-time Online Store 2nd In Charge role where you’ll work alongside the Store Operations Manager to manage Rushfaster.com.au. This is a varied role encompassing many aspects of the business. You’ll be involved with:

  • Daily operations
  • Customer experience
  • Marketing
  • Product
  • Projects

Senior Full Stack Web Developer— Full Time, Green Square (Remote Work Possible)

Working alongside our technical co-founders and implementing UX/UI designed by our team, this position is responsible for maintaining and building upon the Rushfaster in-house ecommerce platform. Extending the functionality of our platform, integrating with other technologies & suppliers as well as building automation and smarts into the site and back of house systems. On top of this, we will be executing some interesting web projects (think trello) in 2018 that you will be heavily involved in. You’ll be familiar with the majority of the following tech: Modern JS (ES6+), NPM, React, Webpack, CSS Preprocessors like Stylus, GIT, RESTful APIs, basic linux, PHP, CSS, MySQL (SQL).

Your responsibilities:

  • Frontend and backend web development
  • Build upon the Rushfaster ecommerce platform (rushfaster.com.au, our mobile site, our custom back of house systems)
  • Server maintenance & backups
  • Working on some pretty nice projects (think trello)

Buyer — Full Time, Green Square

Love carry gear and organising your daily carry? This could be your dream job. This is a buyer role where you’ll seek out, stock and manage some of the best carry brands for the Rushfaster online store. Imagine sourcing the next new thing in carry and introducing it to the Rushfaster community. You’d work with our team to educate, market and onboard new and existing brands. You’ll also:

  • Source new brands
  • Liaise with suppliers/brands
  • Analyse sales
  • Ensure data accuracy
  • Attend showings to write orders
  • Maximise stock sell-through
  • Coordinate with marketing to promote brands
  • Coordinate deliveries

Customer Experience Associate — Full Time, Green Square

You’ll assist your customers to have awesome experiences. This could be over the phone, live chat, email, social, txt. In our company, customer service isn’t just a job, you’re one of the key members of our team because you are in charge of delivering and improving “The Rushfaster Experience” — the best customer experience in the industry. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Help customers by solving their problems (pre sales and post sales)
  • Manage the flow of orders
  • Learn about and help others learn about our products
  • Support the team when part of the business is backlogged
  • Identify and help implement things that will improve the customer experience or the company in general
  • Admin support & project support

Office All-Rounder — Full Time, Marrickville/Green Square

You’ll assist in any aspect of the business operations. This could be marketing, customer experience, warehouse, photography, projects, you name it. Here’s some of what you could do:

  • Support the team when part of the business is backlogged
  • Fill in for people who are away
  • Support the directors
  • Work in any area of the business
  • Identify and help implement things that will improve what we do and how we do it

Because this position is so varied, you’ll learn heaps and find out just how an online business runs. You’ll work alongside entrepreneurial people like our co-founders and other members of the team. Because of this, this position has amazing potential for advancement as it’s generally where team members start off at Rushfaster.

Media & Content Coordinator — Full Time, Green Square

In this position, you’ll work on the look and feel of Rushfaster making sure we’re always looking on point. You’ll support the marketing guys to build beautiful emails, social posts, banners and images.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Website banners
  • Product imagery
  • EDM creation & reporting
  • Social & blog content
  • Promotional photography

If you’ve got a keen eye for aesthetics, a love for design focused product and a marketing mind, you’ll love taking on the responsibilities of this role. You’ll work alongside entrepreneurial people like our co-founders and other members of the team.
