Not necessarily. It could also mean that I would love to do so today, but I’m not. Or I cannot today, Doesn’t mean I have never done this before; which in fact I kind of eluded to in a prior post without being direct, but unlike others who have read and come to that conclusion, you failed to: Burdened by a compelling reason to comment, prove a point, minus logic and reading comprehension, you chose to make a statement. Now defensive as ever -you’re just parsing English.

But you have no real point to make. An ‘Oops, maybe I misunderstood’ would have been the both sufficient and proper, but now you cannot accept. Plus this is the internet, so your dense behavior is not completely surprising.
