A Computer Scientist Explains the Problem with Online Voting
Ryan North

This is just so sad to read. 13min read? Worse, some, not quite well versed with what computers really are and how computers actually work, will believe this negative shit.

We should be at a point in history+technology, where a ‘computer/device’ designated by only you, with the data accumulated from your online behavior - yes your none too bright facebook posts, tweets and genius instagrams included, should vote on your behalf, will likely select more researched candidates and proposals that you don’t have the time to inspect, allowing you to continue to play Minecraft and never leave the house on Election Day.
