Over in the UK the rule is don’t mention colour unless it is relevant. So if someone is raped by someone who happens to be black we don’t report that fact unless it is relevant and assuming the guy is in the a police cell it never will be. That stops people lazily making connections between rapists and black people.

So again, how was the colour of the people here relevant?
