Thank you for your honest response. I’ll try to address each of your concerns individually here.
- ‘… you are expecting us to start paying before you start providing.’
For the past couple of years that Ganttify has been around, we provided support to our users, listened to feedback and continued developing new features. For free. If you feel like we haven’t provided so far, I’m sorry to hear that. We’re always available via our support e-mail address or social media channels to have a conversation about features you’d like to see implemented. - If any update takes away features for you, contact us immediately. No update now or in the future will ever strip away features. We don’t believe in holding back, we believe in providing added value each release. So when you spot a missing feature that has been there before, you probably ran into a bug that has to be addressed quickly. Regarding the one you mention here, I’m glad to inform you that it has been resolved in this release: all Ganttify for Trello users are able to sync data and plan individual checklist items again. We’ve even tossed in a little extra in the form of colored time blocks (green for completed todo’s) and labels on the blocks for easier navigation of the Gantt.
