Preparing for the new year

It’s again that time of the year and I need to start thinking about next year and whether I need to loose weight (answer is yes) and which other goals I need to set.

As always I know that whatever goals I set I need to be following them up more thoroughly, though reflecting on last year, I’ve met most goals I set out to achieve, except of course the one that I never seem to achieve which is to sport more and loose weight. Let’s see whether we can make 2016 work.
