As a social psychologist, facilitating wellness through examining systemic issues adversely impacting people's lives is my life's work. Helping people develop coping skills enabling positive interventions alleviating stress/ill health triggers and teaching strategies for joyful living has been my passion.

After a thirty-five year career in higher education learning more about the world, and what wags it, has been my pursuit. I've lived in Costa Rica, Colombia, and the Philippines. And traveled throughout China and southeast Asia, most of Europe and several other countries.

My counsel has advised national organizations, governmental agencies, higher education institutions, businesses and workforce development initiatives. I've taught at all levels of higher education. My doctorate, in Counselor Education with specialization in Organizational Development, was granted by the University of Pittsburgh.
