I’m the Founder and CEO of Treehouse. We’ve got 110 employees but aiming to be 1000+ in the future. I’m married with two kids (5 & 7).
The entire company still works a 4-day week (and always has from when I started it in 2010). I’m pretty religious about only working from 8:30am to 6:15pm Mon to Thurs.
We’ve raised $13m so far (sounds tiny these days — ah the good ol days of bootstrapping).
Interesting that your data shows that as companies scale and age, folks are working more. Any guess on why that is Ev? Hoping to avoid that trap as we scale.
