Wham! Movie Smacks Audience with Bright Transition

NEW YORK — Following a dimly lit, dramatic scene in an old tavern basement, WHAM - a local movie smacked its audience with a bright transition to a morning city skyline.

Viewer’s retinas, which had been well-adjusted to a subdued, soft darkness, recoiled wildly to the film’s sudden, unforgiving slap of light.

“Jesus” muttered a KitKat-eating Henri Kilroy, squinting hard for a couple of seconds.

At press time, the rods and cones of audience members’ eyeballs noted the ruthlessly abrupt radiance left them “strained” and “dilated”. The movie’s motives remain unclear.
