Hive — Unlimited Cloud Storage and Sharing

Being passionate about web 2.0 and technology in general. I am sharing with you what new service I found some days ago.

Hive! Unlimited cloud storage to share with your friends but even more than that.

Stuff you upload into Hive can be streamed. This means that if you upload a movie/tv show in your hive, your friend say Sarah can stream it if she has access to your hive i.e if you are Hive friends.

Now what if you are friend with 1000 hive users? this means you have access to all the music, videos (movies etc), photos, docs, files that these users are willing to upload.

You also have a sort of feed which some you new content people are uploading.

There’s a search feature to look for files. Hive has some premium features but as you get more friends the price drops even until the premium features are completely free! Yes you read that right, it gets completely free if you get more than 100 hive friends, aand trust me that can be pretty easy.

Hive can also allow you to show some content to only specific friends or keep them only to your eyes.

I gave it a shot and found it amazing.
