Day 20: Dynamic Stability

I close my eyes and feel the world spinning. Flickers of light dance upon my eyelid, the island breeze wisps across my cheek carrying in smells of the morning dew, racing scooters buzz in the distance and the taste of local spices from my tea dance upon my palate. A gentle peace washes over my body.

We live in a world where change is the only constant. Movement is the universal quality of energy. It flows through us and all around us. The cosmos, our planet, all of humanity and our bodies are dynamic interconnected systems. Energy is the glue that holds it all together. We are energy in motion.

Matter is an illusion, acting in a constant state of evolution.

The human experience is an attempt to find peace in all the chaos. Caught in a tailspin, we are a speck of dust in the grand interplay. In our search for meaning, we spin in a daze of confusion. Why are we here? What’s our purpose? And does any of this matter anyway?

Stability is stillness in motion. Momentum inspiring balance. It is the interplay between movement and stillness that creates stability.

Dynamic stability is the end to suffering. It is the eye of the storm; stillness at the centre of chaos.

Today’s writing will be informed by this vision.
