Great point. I’d been agreeing up to this point, “I’ve felt that” or “I know people who ARE talking about it and that’s a good sign.” But this sentence made me check that thought process — my experience is not yours, I can partially empathize but not fully, and the people I was thinking about who are talking are the heavily successfully, male, generally white leaders… Thank you for this.
