This is a great list. I’m glad you mentioned a healthy lifestyle as an absolute prerequisite for success, as this is too often overlooked or seen as irrelevant. It’s as if success in health is a different category of success to be pursued separately from others. In reality, it works in harmony with all other pursuits — a beacon of guidance and purpose, even when the many vicissitudes of the ultimate journey have rendered us momentarily hopeless and without resolve. It gives a reason to wake when it seems there is no other. It eliminates many obstacles of a physiological or emotional nature.
Unless bound by shackle and chain, or the grips of nature, none can be robbed of the freedom to triumph over one’s own body. It is the lowest hanging fruit on the tree of success.
