Thought this was a really great read.

Couldn’t agree more about when you say: “You are not the CEO of the product”.

So many people explain PM that way, but it’s totally untrue. As CEO, you can rely on your explicit power (I’m your boss, I sign your checks…etc) or influence to lead but a PM must lead through charisma, preparedness and knowledge of the product and market.
