Thanks for sharing. I had a very similar experience a few years ago. I knew about panic attacks and would have one or two a year but I starting having them much more frequently and they were way more intense. Similar to you this started the feedback loop of panic about panic and trying to avoid situations when “flight” was not an option.
I have the panic under control but still have more work to do. Having a full picture of what panic attacks are is extremely helpful and I have shared these with a few people. It’s great that you shared your story so more folks are informed.
