With this change, the OKC team has accomplished the impossible — convinced me to sign up for Tinder.

The visitors feature was absolutely integral to how I use your platform. I’d say the majority of dates I’ve arranged via OKC came from messaging someone who visited my profile (esp. people who visited multiple times). I also typically ignore likes from people who didn’t visit my profile, or at least prioritize messaging people who both visited and liked.

Seeing patterns in visitors — not just the number of visitors, but patterns in the genders, orientations, ages, etc. of those visitors — was one of the main tools I used to evaluate new profile pics.

Probably most importantly… Very few people actually use likes on anything resembling a regular basis. I got a lot more visits than likes/messages. It was one of the main ways OKC exposed me to new profiles. A lot of my OKC logins have been just to check for new visits.
