We took our first step in making the future of work better.

After more than half a year working, experimenting and learning we have launched our new platform and are ready to start shaping the future of work.

Today many of the most talented people are choosing the freedom to work choose their own projects and work remotely. This gives the people with the right skills access to global opportunities. This also means that a company searching for the best talent is no longer limited to local applicants or relocations but can find best that a global community has to offer. However, to take advantage of these changes we need to improve the way we find, hire, and employ an on-demand workforce. We need to make it better.

To make it better we are building Talent4Gig with two main goals:

The first goal is to bring economic security and inclusion to Gig-Economy. We believe that working as a freelancer shouldn’t mean giving up all the benefits of a traditional job. To help we are going to be continuously rolling out new features. We are starting with income verification for every member of our platform, professional development plans where you can learn from other and teach others as well, and stabilized prices so that individuals earn based on their skill rather than the lowest price they can accept. In the future we are going to be looking at savings, unemployment insurance, cost-free banking, loans and other resources to allow more freedom to our members.

The second goal is to make the process cheaper, faster and easier for companies to benefit from an on-demand workforce. We believe that the ability to rapidly scale a team for innovation will separate the truly successful companies from the rest very soon. To take advantage of this, we are building a platform that manages the whole process of hiring, contracting and managing a distributed team in one place. The first version of the platform integrates into leading project management tools to make management easy, payment gateways to automatically pay on completion of projects and accounting records to keep track of the team. We are continuing to roll out new features and will be adding an API that allows the community to be managed through leading Human Resources programs, AI systems to create perfect matches, smart contracts that are automatically created and executed, regulatory technology to ensure that an international team meets all requirements, international payment with no cost and other innovations. We believe that managing the workforce of the future should be as easy as managing your own.

“We Believe in Better” isn’t just a corporate slogan but is truly our guiding principle. It makes us find challenges and seek solutions, but it also means we will never been finished because we can always be Better. We hope that you will join us.
