I 100% agree with you in the capacity of non stop bait mail that reads just like a template. But please have a little more compassion as their are great internal recruiter’s.

Building an amazing culture is no easy task and these individuals work extremely hard to make it an enjoyable process at some of the bigger shops. I will not name drop companies however pick a few of the services you may use each and everyday, from my personal experience these individuals have made me feel right at home and really have gone above and beyond to find what is best for my career, not the company.

Recruitment is an art, it is a shame there are so many chop shop companies blasting us with “We think you would be amazing for X,” even though your resume clearly shows that was years ago whilst them then responding send your resume and let me blast you to every company I can think of. Correct this model reminds me of financing a car and watching your credit get nailed by 6 inquiries from both their tier a creditors, and subprime as a backup without asking you.

Please do not lump everyone into a pile because the loudest individuals have made it seem chaotic, this is very similar to what is happening in our culture and it saddens me.
