Actually I think it’s quite the opposite. Government has grown larger and stronger than ever before subverting capitalism while advancing socialism and cronyism at the same time and as this has progressed society is starting to decay. We can see in places like Venezuela and other socialist failures, that crumbling societies come from conversion to the horrors of socialism. We see that capitalism exists in those places where the common man has enjoyed the most wealth and achieved the most affluent lifestyles.
China’s great economic growth comes on the heels of being handed the keys to those great British capitalist engines of Hong Kong a generation ago. It certainly says something that a strongly communist country was smart enough to not only keep Hong Kong’s capitalist structure intact, but to duplicate it in other business centers.
That’s right, even communists know that capitalism is the better idea.
It’s a terrible shame that those that have successfully advanced socialism thus causing great hardships among people’s around the world are the same people that blame capitalism or the failures of their advancing agenda.
Only the socialists that have never experienced socialism believe that capitalism is a bad idea.
