The REAL online obsession: “Faucet Law”
Ron Collins

Having argued a universe of issues on the interwebs since before www meant anything, I can claim guilt in FAUCET LAW. I get it. Been there, done that.

So I learned how to “win” by having the second to last word… there sure is an art to it… nothing so clumsy and transparent as “You’re not worth my time…”

I think, for the thoughtful flame warrior… I mean conversationalist, it has something to do with making it clear that you don’t concede a point.

One of the best ways to end it… having the second to last word:

“We’ll have to agree to disagree. Adios.”

The final “Adios” is the key. It says you’re already gone.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?
