I notice that this is really about how to manipulate people successfully… and not necessarily how to get to truth.

If you converse with people… and you have an agenda to “work” them, as opposed to simply discuss… then you are simply politicking on the personal level.

To my way of thinking, too much in life is political already.

The honest way to win converts is through debate… not this manipulation stuff. Reading this it occurred to me that this is exactly what a pro con man would do in order to scam his victim… or the CIA to recruit a new spy in Russia.
