If you had actually read his work, you’d know that he only suggested that it MAY be PART of the cause.

I’m left thinking that if you are a biological engineer… you’re not a very precise one… a bad trait for engineering.

As an engineer, I prefer precision. From the memo you are assailing:

“I’m simply stating that the distribution of preferences and abilities of men and women differ in part due to biological causes and that these differences may explain why we don’t see equal representation of women in tech and leadership. Many of these differences are small and there’s significant overlap between men and women, so you can’t say anything about an individual given these population level distributions.”

“THESE DIFFERENCES MAY EXPLAIN…”

If you’re going to make an argument from an engineering/science perspective, especially on some engineering qualification… then you had best learn the art of accuracy.

What do you think explains your lack of precision and your mischaracterization?
