So here is my prediction:

Ann will wipe the floor with you… and of course she won’t actually bother, so I suppose I’ll have to stand in for her.

What I predict is that #1, you will fatally misrepresent things she says. Often. The only way you can outsmart Ann is to change her position… which is a technique I like to call “cheating”.

#2 — her facts will be better than your facts.

What you don’t seem to understand is that Ann is some serious big guns… she’s fanatical about research… and she delights in testing her positions by hanging them out there as far as she possibly can… where they are the most vulnerable, and watching angry fools fail at swatting them down.
