The Value Manifesto

Leadership is a choice. What will you choose?

Responsible choices go beyond personal preferences. Regardless of your title, salary, or industry; your job is to deliver value. Tomorrow too, and 364 days after that. Create value today and deliver it to others. What can you do that will be of greater value for your purpose?

In today’s world, passions and talents are connecting people and driving innovation in ways we never thought possible. We are finally using the inspirations and activities we experience in our daily lives as a way to better personalize and enhance the experiences of our customers and teams. Whatever it may be, there is a revolution of a new reality within business that is redefining the traditional intention of leadership. It begins with how we view ourselves and our approach to living each day.

A Manifesto

I, Will Be Guilty By Association

Creativity is born by watching and learning from others. Listening to what others are saying, and more importantly, what they are not. Observe, listen, read, repeat. Combine your ideas and create your future. Be guided by others failures and successes. Always be listening, you never know when you will hear a great idea. Make sure the value you are providing is inline with the culture around you. If you don’t believe in yourself, believe in what you’re doing. Culture will follow.

Spend time with the right people, actively nurture important relationships.

I, Will Never Stop Trying

In life, there are no mistakes, only lessons. Take something from everything. Face each lesson head on. If you are trying you are learning. Growth is a process of trial and error experiments. Failed experments are just as much a part of the process.

The real question is what you learn from them.

I, Will Always Be Honest

Be honest with yourself and with everything else. The more you know about yourself, the better you can serve others. Always be in a place dedicated to doing the right things for the right reasons. Honesty will take you very far in this world. Most people don’t have the guts to speak their mind, whatever the consequences may be.

Always be who you really are.

I, Will Connect To A Purpose

Find value in everything you do, every day. Dedicate yourself to being the absolute best you that can be. Listen to your inner voice. Live passionately and dream big.

Never, ever, back down.

I, Will Always Be Myself

Choose your attitude. Be Yourself, genuinely and happily. Concentrate on what you can control. It works if it works for the one, the other one, and everyone. You will not add value until you are able to value yourself.

Be who you were born to be.

I, Will Create My Own Happiness

How will you remember it? Take notice to small moments, be attentive to stress and take breaks. Accept the fact that the past is not today. Our best days will always be in the future.

Laughter is a vitamin, you can never get enough of it.

I, Will Continuously Improve

Always be learning. Start giving yourself and your ideas a chance. No matter the age. Growth is what separates living things and dying things. When the heart monitor is flat, you aren’t growing. What you make of life is up to you.

All you need to do is look, trust, and listen.

I, Will Congratulate

The best leaders are others-centered. People decisions are the most important decisions a leader will make.

I, Will Love What I Do

When we stop learning, we stop growing. There is no such thing as a hopeless situation. Everything you can imagine is real. The answers lie within you.

Be revolutionary. Be yourself. Whatever it may be, be well.

Everything you want is on the other side of fear.
