Goal

Make a condensed form with a digital symptom database that increases efficiency for nursing students and convenience for patients by securely saving information into client profiles

Sub-Goals

Easily viewable by Instructors via Database
Study function
Medication, Treatment, Client Information Library via Database
AI learning for disease treatment
Learning purposed content block outs by Instructors
Light-hearted theme which is color coded to remove stresses
Convenience through condensed information, drop down forms, sections, easily exportable documents in several formats, saving client profiles into a secure database and by focusing the content on the original documentation nurse students have to fill out.
If form is filled out incorrectly, adds edit function which saves a copy of the document and keeps the original.

Summary

As a group we worked out several variations of how to make an application on tablet devices that streamlines the process of creating paperwork based on a clients diagnosis. Our hopes were to create an application that could send data to a database and then be securely stored for access by other students and the professors.

With this ease of access it becomes a lot easier for Nursing Students to obtain information faster, leave out information which is already included in the Clients past visits and overall streamline the process to become more efficient
