‘The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo’ Sequel Moves Forward Without Daniel Craig, Rooney Mara, or David Fincher

“The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” book series took over the world’s bookshelves one decade ago, and the past five years have held the attempts at a transition to film versions. Though the first movie in 2010 was a relative success, the executives recently decided to put the trilogy (and one more) into different hands; no longer signing actors Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara, and not bringing back director David Fincher. Instead, actress Alicia Vikander, a rapidly-rising star in Hollywood, is said to be raking over the character of the titular female, and fans are hopeful.

To my very genuine surprise, country star Blake Shelton and pop singer Gwen Stefani are now in a relationship. The two both are judges on NBC’s hit singing show “The Voice”, so this could add a little energy to the revolving chairs. Let’s hope Shelton treats his new girl like his “Honey Bee”, because she sure isn’t a “Hollaback Girl”.

Robin Williams’ widow speaks: Depression didn’t kill my husband

When famous actor/comedian Robin Williams committed suicide last year, the world was once again reminded of the tragedy that can come as a result from Depression. However, according to the late actor’s widow, it was Lewy body dementia, not depression that brought the man to take his own life. The disease is brought about when proteins clog up in the brain and block neurological signals.
