Dear Steve,
I highly appreciate finding this article at the beginning of my day. It shed a light on an important issue I find the most interesting, which is thinking about how a strong culture emerge to minimize the potential organizational debt that can come with growth in the team. My question here is: what is the role of shared values and leadership on sustaining growth and promoting and organization of processes without killing the company’s ability of innovating and not becoming over-bureaucratic?
