Technology doesn’t need women. It needs good engineers. The fact that the large majority of them happen to be men is because the large majority of women just aren’t attracted to technical fields.

Men and women are wired differently. Men excel at analytical thinking more.You can’t disregard biology and evolution.

We wouldn’t wanna lower the entry barrier just for the sake of having more women in Tech. That would be very wrong to do.
