The Fort Worth water garden is open from 6AM — 10PM. Its makes for a amazing picture in the summer an fall time. I would recommend going near the bottom steps and take a photos from the bottom up. The angle looks beautiful.
The water gardens is a lovely place however there is a lot of people around there so if you are wanting to take a photo of just the water gardens I would recommend to go a little early.
