This is NAAZEER AHAMED as you heard earlier, I always wander how to overcome challenges as an university student in my life. You all know how much pressure are there in the life of student with the higher level studies. Lot of pressures and several responsibilities influencing on students.

Not only for students but also for people who are suffering with the challenges in their life. Lot of people are spending time to find the way to overcome the challenges. Some of them were successfully found there way to overcome that challenges but lot of people suffering from their path to overcome the challenges.

As usual I browsed on the internet and I found the inspirational TED talk of Mr. DEAN FURNESS who is also known as a wheel chair athlete. What an inspirational speech. He is an achiever. I thought I should share this experience with you.

DEAN FURNESS
DEAN FURNESS. (Wheel Chair Athlete)

Dean Furness is a data and analytics professional. An accident in 2011 left him as a paraplegic without the use of his legs, but after several years of rehabilitation, hard work and encouragement from his physical therapist, he competed as a wheelchair athlete in both the Chicago and Boston Marathons. He now speaks about his experience and what it takes to face difficult challenges.

I have some ideas those who are struggling to find the right way for that challenges. It’s hard to overcome challenges and obstacles. But it’s not impossible. If someone say it’s impossible, I could say he/she is frightened to face the challenges. You cant find the way to overcome challenges until you face that.

Here are some ways to overcome the challenges listed below.

  1. Make A Plan - While you don’t know what is going to happen in the future, you can always plan ahead. Look at the patterns in your life and see what challenges you’ve struggled with. Assess the optimal outcomes and make a plan for how you can achieve them. If you work somewhere and can anticipate the types of challenges you may face, then you can plan ahead. This is the same for students in school. If a challenge is time management, then you can learn and plan for calendar management, for example.
  2. Know You Are Not Alone.
  3. Ask For Help.
  4. Feel Your Feelings.
  5. Accept Support - Asking for help is only one side of the coin. On the other side of the coin, you have to be open and willing to accept support. People who come to your aid truly do care about you. Be open to receiving help when you need it.
  6. Help Others - Some times helping others could be beneficial for some times. Because KARMA would not leave you alone when you need a helping hand. “What you give is what you get.”
  7. Think Big.
  8. Positive Mindset.
  9. Don’t Give Up.
  10. Work Smart, Not Hard.

Finally I should want to tell something, Learning how to deal with challenges takes time, persistence, and a positive attitude. No matter your life situation, the hard times will happen. But, with the right mindset and practice, you will be able to overcome them every time and grow in the process!

So be Positive, Learn to live the life, Think Big and be Smart.

Have A Nice Day.

STAY SAFE AND SPREAD KINDNESS.
