Azure Virtual Desktop — Day 20

Azure Virtual Desktop enables you to access desktops and applications from virtually anywhere.

open and create new host pool

select personal

Add virtual machines

selected Windows 11 Enterprise

Create a virtual network & and subnet to connect session hosts to.

choose it while creating the VM & no public inbound

select Entra ID, set username & password

select Yes to Workspace & create new

After deployment completion > Application Groups

select Assignment & Add a user to align

I have added user 1

Now Add RDP properties for remote access

Go to hostpool open

Advanced tab, add this before the text

targetisaadjoined:i:1

Save

Now ready for connection

Install RDP client for Azure Virtual Desktop from here
