I created a series of logos for a professional development program, Catalyst, which I facilitated for many years at my institution. This article offers a retrospective showcase of these logos, accompanied by articles on the course topics.

The Main Logo

When I joined the team, my supervisor had already developed a logo for the program.

This logo was initially used in a course on designing effective online, hybrid, and remote courses, and I made some adjustments to it based on the term in which it was offered.

As we developed new courses in time, I made some adjustments in the logo to reflect the topic of the course.

Game-Based Learning (GBL)

This course explored using games and/or game elements in course design. Participants explored a range of topics, including GBL vs. Gamification, types of GBL, benefits of GBL, and tools and strategies to support instructional design.

Flipped Instruction

This course explored the principles of reversing traditional teaching methods by delivering content outside of class.

Inclusive Teaching

This course focused on creating learning environments that support all students, regardless of their diverse backgrounds and needs.
