We all grew up with different upbringings, experiences and opportunities. How the world occurs to me and how the world occurs to you isn't the same. I have no right to judge you and I expect the same in return :)

I've been a vegetarian my whole life (trying to go full vegan but it's hard AF) and I can honestly say I used to be afraid of expressing my opinion or showing my quirks. I used to feel shame for not eating meat, to the point where I would hide part of myself to avoid turning people off. I know it would be impossible to expect everyone to suddenly stop eating meat so I have a proposal to make for those of you who are interested in not only making the world a better place but improving your health as well.

So here's my logic:
I want you to think of everything you do in life as either a + or - to your longevity. For example, smoking a cigarette is a -, not getting enough sleep, drinking, etc. You get the picture. So what I'm proposing is simple, if an animal has to lose its life for you, at least make sure it has a positive impact on your body. If you can, avoid things that have no benefit to your health except for the few seconds of taste in your mouth e.g bacon. Personally, I honestly don't think taking a life for a few seconds of pleasure is worth it at all. At least if they have to die let them die, not for profit, but for the betterment of mankind. The world doesn't belong to us, we belong to the world. Do what you love and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
