Since about three weeks I made a change as well. I wake up at about 5 am, start with some meditation for about 1 hr and take a cold shower then. Until now I did not manage to start the shower with cold water, so I reduce the temperature till the water is cold. It makes me fresh and I have gained about 2 hrs in the morning to organize my papers on my desk. Then I go to work.
