Well, actually I`m not as tough it could sound…

When I was a child we were forced by our sports teacher to stay under the cold shower until he made a sign to leave! That experience kept me away from trying it for almost all my life — BUT since I manage to stand it for a little while, reducing the temperature step by step, I can just recommend it for two reasons: first of all it`s good for the body, the brain, the circulation etc. and last not least, a positive achievement early in the morning gives me a good start for the day! I got used to make a cross on my calender for each day I took the cold shower ;-)) Just have a try but be patient with yourself!
