I appreciate your intuitions but The second opinion doesn’t make sense to me.I think that NAND and NOR gate are the “Universal gate” which can be implemented to make any digital circuit.but having said that doesn’t means it is like or can be related to our human brains.Our brain is made of billions of neurons.Complex algorithm in machine learning like neural network is being inspired by the brain.Still,machines are lacking behind in emotions,unsupervised learning etc kind of things.though they are being intelligent than human in many areas.
