Hi Flavio, many thanks for your relevant comments. Really glad you've found some value in these articles. It makes me want to be more diligent with my writing.
Two things that come to mind while reading your message.
Holacracy (with the support of a good Holacracy coach) allows to take each individual who embraces such self-management model where s/he is i.e. with the current mental model s/he runs on. There's no need to anticipate the bide-side effects of practicing Holacracy but simply to support the individual in his journey, particularly if/when "cognitive dissonance" phase(s) surface(s). And that requires some experience and expertise IMO.
For sure, there's a need for a minimum threshold to go all-in with Holacracy. But I doubt resolution is the key ingredient, even though it is necessary. More than resolution, I would be looking for curiosity from the group who is interested in and a good reason WHY they want to shift into such a model. If I reuse your example on diet, most people who start a diet are determined I guess. How many of them stopped along the way? In my understanding, the key with such paradigm shift like Holacracy is not only at the start (even though it is highly important) but also along the way to make sure the change sticks and lasts on a long-term.
