I find it a bit sad that so many apps these days adopt redesigns where there’s literally no distinctive design element apart from the logo.

Don’t get me wrong, the design itself is beautiful, and probably one of the most accomplished examples of this trend. And for all I know it could very well be that trend’s originator.

Still, I hope we don’t get rid of personality and branding entirely, if only because it’d make our jobs a lot less fun.
