Cutting the Fog

This is so true for me, I have been practicing the line, “I’m not sure how I feel about that. Let me think about it and get back to you.” I’ve been saying this ‘line’ in my head over and over to help build more confidence when in situations I feel pressure to answer. I’m a recovering codependent/people pleaser so saying ‘no’ or ‘agreeing’ when I don’t want agree is my natural go to, to avoid feeling anxiety. I’m getting better everyday at being honest and saying ‘no.’
