The diet of diabetic patient should be according to the blood sugar level/glucose level of the person. Normal range is Fasting 70–99 mg/dL and after meal should be less than 140 mg/dL. if a person fails to maintain this blood sugar level, he is know as diabetic, and this comes under two category
1. High blood sugar ( Mostly diabetic patient comes under this category) and the gap between fasting and after meal diagnosis is large.
