Meditation — easier said than done, right? Sitting anywhere quit and listening to your self-talk and thought stream is extremely beneficial and gives you time to connect with yourself.
Me time — take yourself out on dates and do the things you enjoy the most as much as possible.
Creativity — creating brings us into the now and takes our focus away from yesterday and tomorrow which gives us the opportunity to be present with ourselves. When you’ve finished creating look at what you’ve made and ask yourself what it says about you.
Lastly you want to be kind to yourself, don’t judge yourself for what has happened or not yet happened. You are exactly where you need to be right now and you won’t get to where you want to go by being harsh on yourself.
