Finishing a Fitness Micro-Challenge (and Starting a New One)

A week or so ago I shared that I had been working on a fitness micro-challenge which was essentially exercising every single day on the elliptical for at least 60 minutes.

Today is the final day and I’m moderately excited to be done with it mostly because I’m going to have to figure out a new challenge for the month of September and I’m not always good at coming up with new challenges on-demand.

My current goal is to pare down the daily elliptical machine to 60 minutes every other day and when I do my Mon / Wed / Friday lift days I’ll do 30 minutes.

This will amount to 60 minutes of exercise daily which sounds and feels like a decent respite while I consider some other fitness challenges.

I was sent this which doesn’t look too bad — I may end up doing this for September:
