Happiness Hack: This One Ritual Made Me Much Happier

I’ve started this recently. We’re calling it a “Culture Club” — along the lines of a book club, except instead of having a book to read each month (which can be difficult sometimes — to carve out the time required to read a book that you may not necessarily have chosen to read yourself), we are choosing an album, an article, a TV show, documentary etc. to read/watch/listen to. Something that takes just an hour or a few hours.
I’ve found that when I ensure to schedule time to see friends each week, this has a huge positive impact on my mood, long-term.
