The Pomodoro Technique was developed by Francesco Cirillo in the 1980s.

As we know that in our daily routine, we have a lot of things which are prior to complete on time but we are not good enough to do all the things without distraction on time. So,this pomodoro technique is used to managed your time in a easy way.

Until you value yourself, you will not value your time. Until you value your time, you will not do anything with it.”

It is difficult for beginner but really an effective technique,by using it we breaks our task down into shorter, highly focused session which make a work more effective. It also encourages you to minimize distractions , while discouraging multitasking and procrastination, which can drain your focus and productivity, because you only have a limited time in which to work.

Frequent breaks enhance the ability to concentrate on a task, which improves productivity. They also help me to fight the negative effects that come from prolonged periods of physical inactivity while sitting at your work.when i complete my task by using this technique,i give reward myself in the form of taking rest.

I will try to apply this technique in my daily task by dividing into short pieces to make my life more easier and balance.By practicing, it will help to eliminate my burnout.

“People often complain about lack of time, when lack of direction is the problem.”
