Have you ever experienced shame in your life? Where was it? At school, in business, at work, or on the job?

Was it about technical problems and failures at job interviews? Or did you experience unforeseen circumstances and receive rejections? How did you feel afterward? Did you feel sorry for yourself, angry, and feel guilty about it?

When I had this experience, I felt like the world was coming apart at the seams. A thousand feelings and thoughts pop up in my head. I want to hide from the world. I feel guilty, doubt myself, and question my worth. And why it happened? The worst part is that I can not blame others, but myself.
