What is a mood swing?

Here are some reasons and cases why people have mood swings:

Do you have a friend, relative, or co-worker who is usually happy and has a cheerful personality? But one day their attitude changed. From someone who usually lifts others. Losing a sense of security, status, and a job can affect a person’s emotions. It also affects their moods, confidence, and the ways how they see themselves.

What foods do you eat every day? Do you eat and drink healthily? Or do you consume junk food, smoke, and drink alcohol daily? How often do you exercise in a week?

Our diets can have a big impact on our mood. They also affect how we feel and react. Regular exercise can help us keep our emotions under better control. It also brings clarity to our lives. If it happens only occasionally and they know the reasons. It’s still fine. Because life circumstances can be unpredictable sometimes. People who have experienced this can understand the situation.
