Have you ever felt tired and unfocused at work? Do you feel sleepy after a heavy lunch? What do you do to improve your mood?

Drinking tea can improve your concentration and lift your mood. It is also one of the best drinks to take care of your mental health and well-being.

If you are cold, tea will warm you; if you are too heated, it will cool you; If you are depressed, it will cheer you; If you are excited, it will calm you.“ — William Ewart Gladstone

I started drinking tea when I was a student at college. I feel that if I drink tea 1 hour after lunch, it gives me more energy and more clarity for work and study.

I love the taste of pure tea without sugar or mixing with others. The smell of tea can feels like aromatherapy and helps me calm my mind.

Now it has become one of my rituals for over 10 years. I drink tea almost every day, especially green tea.

Some researchers and scientists say that daily tea consumption brings many benefits to our physical health and longevity.

Since ancient times, tea has been part of royal family feasts and banquets. Most of the food served in those times was always accompanied by tea.

Why does it have to be tea, why not milk, coffee, etc.? This means that tea is not only considered one of the best food companions but there are also many functions and invisible benefits in tea.
